When is the latest I can hire equipment?

We will accept bookings at anytime, although we do advise to book early to avoid disappointment.

What if I am unhappy with the equipment you have delivered?

Should you be dissatisfied with the equipment you have pre-ordered, we will happily replace with an alternative item of the same value – subject to availability.

I can hire equipment from the course, why should I use your service?

Having played a large number of the courses in Thailand we are aware that equipment can be hired on a round by round basis. However we are also familiar with the quality of the equipment provided by courses. From our experience, equipment is usually well worn, old models and footwear can be extremely unhygienic. Also if you are thinking of playing a number of rounds at different courses, hiring equipment at each course can prove expensive. Our service offers the excellent equipment for as long as you want so you can get used to it and get the most out of your game.

Can you deliver clubs direct to the course

We must have our clubs delivered to a hotel or villa/condo in order to know where they are.

What happens if I damage or lose a golf club

Insurance cost is THB 500 once-off is recommended to cover loss or damage waiver. This mitigates any further claim for the cost of a new shaft or a whole new club to be supplied. We do not ask for a large deposit as security for the use of our clubs.

What are your office hours?

We are open every day 24/7.

What happens if I need to cancel my order - can I get a refund?

Cancellation requests will be accepted up to the designated delivery time. Should you wish to cancel prior to this, please contact us  and we will be happy to process the cancellation and provide a refund – where appropriate – less a 10% administration charge.

Where do I collect my golf clubs?

We will deliver to your hotel or villa. When you complete your order we will ask your to name a drop off and collection point, this can be changed up to 4 hours prior to the hire date by contact ing us by phone.

How do I pay for my golf clubs?

A deposit of THB 1,000 is required upon confirmation of booking to our PayPal account or Wise Account and the balance is to be paid in cash upon delivery or alternatively to our PayPal account. However, a service & facility charge of 3.5% is applicable covering PayPal fees.

We don’t accept credit cards for security reasons.
